Home Cleansing & Chore Chart
With Chakra Correspondences, Intentions & Instructions

Why
Pretty House – I don’t need a house, or things.
But I do like the idea of creating an Altar Space.
My home is my Altar.
Everything that I have I chose; it chose me.
I didn’t pick ‘things’ for the sake of getting something new and pretty. I picked items that I would put intentions into.
My home is full of reminders of who I am and what I want to fill my thoughts with.

Staying Active
A body in motion stays in motion
A body in rest stays at rest
Inertia - The resistance of any physical object to any change in its state of motion, including changes to its speed and direction.  It is the tendency of objects to keep moving in a straight line at a constant velocity.

I integrate my studies into my day in many ways
One is while I clean
I found a website (include source) that had a wonderful chakra cleaning chart
I haven’t figured out the proof or validity of the chart but I liked that it is from her experience. It doesn’t really matter where it came from.  It’s a way to meditate on the charka’s attributes, characteristics and tendencies and that’s exactly why I wanted it in the first place.  If you take time to meditate while you clean, the fact that you’re putting any intention into it at all is providing health benefits because you’re practicing living in and focusing on the moment while healing through your energy centers.

Incorporating study and applying my studies while cleaning serves many purposes
Clutter free = free mind
By meditating on the chakras of the day, I’m focusing my intention on practicing what I’ve learned - about living in a state of balance through integrating and synergizing many of my disciplines.

Clutter
I decided to dedicate my life to being present in everything that I do to incorporate a focusing on my intention from my studies while I create a new physical habit that keeps me at higher vibrations.
Every item has a special meaning and a special place in my heart
I literally got rid of everything in my life and restarted
I made the decision to create a sacred space filled with items that I chose, specifically and specially.

We have to think deeply on what we are purchasing or wanting to put in our homes. When we have things that don't represent something with a specific intention then they’re just there taking up space to provide an aesthetic appearance, in our homes and other spaces, so that we feel some kind of beauty. But the big problem with this is that there are energetic attachments from others on everything that we have and have purchased.  ‘Things’ that we have came from somewhere else, someone else had them prior and have left an energetic imprint or memory on them.  Other things are new. These items were made somewhere, by people that may or may not have a happy life.  These items were made for a reason and most likely, just like almost everything, they’re created from a place of fear and lack.  ‘Things’ are made to support someone else’s vision of securing themselves (and hopefully their loved ones and others, in a positive way, but most likely just to make a lot of money for themselves).  ‘Things’ are made from others place of lack and from a knowing that people will just mindlessly buy ‘things’ to fulfill their own place of emptiness and addiction to buying just because they are board or need a ‘fix’.

Most of us have learned from the generations who have past down hoarding to hold on to our items, unused and all just incase we’ll need them someday.  Most of us keep buying more.  This mentality and habit comes from a place of lack, scarcity and insecurity that we wont receive what we need in any moment.  This is a learned fear based mental habit.  It is a defense mechanism.  It was taught to all of our generations and is why we can’t function the way that we’re designed to.  Free!  Free of things.

It is true that the more you clear away of the old you actually do make room for the new that will flow once attachments are released.
Clutter is disharmony and creates blocks our mental and spiritual energy and make it harder to be creative, find a sense of prosperity or manifest new things into our lives. When we create a clear, sacred space by getting rid of the things that are not useful – not really used or has an emotional attachment that is causing pain from an old memory, or no attachment at all - its just there. By letting go of the old the new comes into our life.
So if you get rid of old things, you’re making space for new desires to manifest.

One thing that I learned is to ask myself if I love the item, if I don’t, I get rid of it.
We should only have items surrounding us that we truly love, that really make us happy. Otherwise they’re actually draining our energy

This not only helps our house look better, but it improves how we feel, which in turn raises the energy level in the house, that ultimately raises the vibration in our body.
It is a continuous cycle that assists us to manifest and achieve our dreams!

You must be open to receiving. Sometimes the clutter is your own self-sabotaging ego block to get in the way of your desires. Listen to your heart and try to understand if you have any deep fear about the outcome of what you want to manifest or of the attachment to what you have. Do you think you will lose the memories if you sell your home or that your family won’t accept your new career? Listen to your heart, your soul, and your intuition and then be open to receive.

Some thing to ask yourself:
What are the things keeping me caged
Why is lack of organizations, laziness, procrastination keeping me feeling stuck
What things have no home
What do these items mean to you or are they just there to be there?

- If you have things everywhere and they don’t have a home, either you have too many things, have a need to buy things out of lack, or have distractions that keep your attention.

Lighting candles. Every time someone comes over to my house, they’re like, “Are you holding a seance later?” and maybe I am, but that’s not the point. The point is, I love lighting candles. It makes for good mood lighting for entertaining, and it makes any boring night at home feel like a sexy, luxuriant moment of self-indulgence. Even doing the dishes by candlelight feels like a privilege.

Getting flowers, and changing their water daily. Make those bad boys last! Put them in good sunlight! Feel the joy of getting to smell and look at fresh-cut flowers on a daily basis! (I’m not even going to talk about step one, which is obviously getting flowers for your home, because we should all know this already.)
