All you have to do is get into the
state of mind that:
~ You’re ready
~ You know that you’re not alone and you’re being heard, completely supported, loved like its your mom and dad and they never see anything wrong with anything that you do, ever.
~ That you are communicating with your Highest Essence
~ That you will get answers
Intention
Prayer, intention, meditation (the literal term) is a form of communication with your highest essence. It is a direct way of stating what you want, with clarity, with loving knowing that you’re safely guided by your intuition (highest essence). Asking, with intention, and meditating on it through prayer… while you meditate (what is meditation, different types: mind control (quieting the mind), visualization, relaxation, raising frequency to love, to work through emotional blockages and fears, to ask questions and to get answers (scribe, spychic modalities), etc…
Meditation is a way to find the right questions to ask
When meditating for answers
The answers come in the form of dialog and a raise in frequency.
Discernment of Highest Essences
All dialogs are filtered through intuition and discernment.
Discernment of Highest Essences’ thoughts / emotions/ feelings/ vibrations/ frequency/ waves / harmonics/ tones
vs Ego thoughts/ emotions/ feelings/ vibrations/ frequency/ waves/ harmonics/ tones
Dialog is never to hurt or be negative (through discernment you’ll learn that negative isn’t Highest Essences’ consciousness)
~ Then start being real
What do you really want help with?
What do you no longer want?
~ You’ll get the answers – Expect to have a conversation, back and forth
You’ll get answers…
In the same way as I get them (and in other ways that I use that I’ll explain) or in your own individual other ways…
… Such as Synchronicities– circumstances in the form of miracles, that let you know you’re on the right path and getting better at staying at a higher frequency. They’re little signs or pieces that you get throughout your day, to feel connected, they have a message for you or they’re just to show you that you’re remembering.
During these times of prayer (and this can be anywhere at any time)
Begin to notice your frequency.
That is a feeling, a vibration.
And a physical sensation of vibration of your energy.
~ The raise in frequency or level of emotion (while and after letting go of emotional baggage) will eventually be pleasant
~When it’s at a lower level and you still have blockages (programming – even trauma or memoires or a shitty childhood is a form of programming that you keep replaying and reliving in your head. Comparing every situation to that one, or those one. Unconsciously assuming that your perception is the right one but not realizing (remembering in that moment from veils of the ego) that you’re not seeing it from a completely loving angle. To do this you must see multiple angles of the same situation. You compare where your thinking is at based off of the worst possible thing that could happen and working your way to the absolute best possible outcome of that same situation. When you’re in Spirit your thoughts are of the tone of perfection. If you’re brave enough, you’ll make the choice to surrender to that vision, even though it will seem the toughest. Then you’ll see things clearly); you’re still being distracted by ego consciousness. You have racing thoughts and you feel those thoughts with your emotions.
~Pay attention to your thoughts.
They take you on trips into your past.
And you have symptoms of disconnection.
(Your frequency will change depending on your level of release)
Stand at attention
Back straight
Shoulders up
Take a deep breathe
Relax
Focus on your mind
Notice the thoughts that are in your head
Songs...
Any situations that are from your past,
Thoughts about how you could have done something different or trying to work some thing out,
Future thoughts,
Visions for the future or how your life, environment and relationships will be in the future,
Negative thoughts saying you can't do this right,
Distracting thoughts that don't fit anywhere that just repeat.
Notice yourself going through this process and then notice your inner dialog,
This takes a few seconds to a few minutes.
This stage is confusing for some but the more you keep noticing your thinking the faster the duration of this stage.
When this stage has past, notice the steps that your repeating.
Notice your thoughts.
Breathe
Relax
Stand up straight
Relax
Repeat
Then activate your senses...
Breath in the smells around you.
Feel your insides vibrate with each exotic fragrance.
Notice and feel your body..
Relax in areas any way that you need to, especially if it means that you stretch it out.
Hear the sensual sounds that make your body light up.
Close your eyes and feel relaxed knowing that the environment is safe and comforting.
If desired, taste a morsel on the table to tantalize your tongue.
This activates all of your senses.
Think about you body.
Remember the energy systems and their colors.
Hear the tones that each one resonates with.
Sense the vibration in every cell of your body and the universe as you wake up your system ~ Wake up to the energy frequency that is required to cultivate and sustain that sensation and level of being.
Once a certain level of being is attained, begin notice the repeated dialog and integrate a phase of openness into your mind. This is where your ‘actively’ getting there as well as ‘receptive’ to all of the information that your Highest Essence and multidimensional selves are communicating with you from. Actively stay at the level of frequency and listen to the dialog that you’re understanding in your mind.
Here you can ask questions and get answers.
The speed and clarity of the answer or transmission is based on your level of practicing how to stay there, over ‘time’.
Here is where you ask and dialog.
Have a question or intention.
Think it or say it out loud.
Live it in your imagination and know that you are communicating.
Answers come to you in many forms at once or different ones at specific times.
The way you ask is usually the way you receive the answer.
Some people see visions and pieces of scenarios that play in their mind.
Some ask question and get words in the form of sentences and speaking.
Some get situations put into their lives to make them experience it (which usually takes getting out of the house, or in more synchronistic ways, it takes moments to hours to experience what you were thinking about.
When you’re invoking your Highest Essence, feel like you're speaking to your soul/spirit/energy, as if it was equal to you - (see a human if you have to. Feel like it's yours and you two are best friends, family, familiar, always been there, unconditional love.)
Know what the faith feels like.
Feel its magnitude.
Feel how huge it is .
Feel your pull to it.
Feel your dependency on it.
Because you’re only here because it is and its only here because you are,
Know that you’re standing on it and it’s feeling like your feeling it and it's talking to you like you're talking to it. Allow yourself to believe the dialog that you sense and it’s clear communication.
