I’m a busy mom but I also have a lot of other roles that I put my attention into, such as my different projects, my businesses, creativity (for Lily & I), socializing (for Lily & I), etc.  If I don’t follow a system then my life gets out of balance.  It was a huge struggle for me to be a homemaker and wanting to get rich and save the world.  But I didn’t give up.  I’m still trying to learn balance.   

I use charts and lists.
I keep prep days aligned with what I make.
I eat certain things on certain days other wise I waste time preparing them and I waste the food when I throw it into the compost. 


I made a list of all that we like to eat.
When I'm making the menu I pick what we will eat that week. 
It depends on how ambitious I feel.
Most of the time I’m not into making more than I have to and convenience is very important.


Cooking System  Eating healthy is a process of research, trial and error, and time.. I wanted to make it more simple.

Nutritious Morsels was developed through my research while trying to find out what works for me.  Eating healthy is a process of research, trial and error, and time. I wanted to make it easier.   I really needed a system of cooking to keep our family extremely healthy yet didn’t overwhelm or overburden myself.  I also didn’t want to be in the kitchen all day. 

Proper Eating
To raise energy - for the energetic body - not just for the physical body.
To cleanse it of toxins that keep the energetic body blocked, as well as the physical body

What is proper eating? 
Eat natural live foods, mostly plant food to support the manifestation of Divine Life within. 

In order to tackle this aspect properly and most efficient we must know and understand what are bodies actually are. Our bodies are a biological construction which is build out of the building blocks of what to us represents as food, so our bodies are build and constructed out of what we put in to it-eat. Its really similar to building a house. For example when a house is build our of cheep, very pour quality materials and by workers who don’t care or barely know how to build a house, that house will not stand for long and the life of people living in that house will be a miserable existents. So we must provide the best materials-food we can possible find to our workers-cells to build a strong, solid, powerful structure the way nature intended. By providing a healthy environment for our cells we are making sure that they are on their game and doing exactly what they are meant to do. 

I don’t eat because of desire or craving 
I do for energy, specific nutrients, body awareness & grounding, & mental clarity & centeredness 

Each component of each food has a purpose, it is a part of foundation to your life. Your vehicle.  Taking care of it as a whole, in balance & with the ultimate respect is a hight ranking priority. 

Living the Good Life

To raise energy (for the energetic body - not just for the physical body), to cleanse it of toxins that keep the energetic body blocked, as well as the physical body.
In order for us to be able to click in to the spiritual growing vibe, we must start with what we put in it. Our bodies use food as fuel for energy and that is a well known fact. For example our car uses gas      for energy, we all know and feel the difference in performance of our car between what grade gasoline we put in the gas tank and the oil that we put in it. The difference in performance between gasoline 87 and 93 is critically huge, the lower grade of gas gives us a vary pour performance which also effects the engine itself by polluting it. Our bodies are the same in that matter because we all feel the difference between eating healthy and eating dirty. The dirty foods just like the lower grade of gasoline pollutes our engines on the inside which drops our energy levels, creativity and ability to think but these are a very brief examples of how it effects us on a physical plank. By polluting our physical bodies on the inside and out the dirty food also create blockages on the spiritual plank.  So eating right is as important for our spirit as it is for our physical bodies. Our physical bodies are vehicles for Spirit.  Do you take care of yours? How well?  Do you take care of your car better than your body? How can you create the most perfect vehicle

If you’re unsure then maybe you follow the SAD diet.  
The Standard American Diet 
Not really giving a shit about what you eat. 
That’s fine if you’re educated and are making a choice to do it but if you just want to stay in the bliss of ignorance then that’s cool too.  Most educated people say that ignorance is bliss and would like to go back for a day and just not know anything that they know that creates a curve in societies structure and just eat what ever they want. 
We are science and spirit.

We are chemistry/ chemicals.
We are chemical structures and when thees chemicals come together they form A crystalline structure.

Molecules are geometry.
Its all chemistry.
For every physical and psychological situations.
That a human being goes through.
There is some chemical basis to it.
Chemicals reduce or enhance something but that substance creates something else to balance.
For the ailment there is an antidote and for the antidote theres an antidote.
Acidic/ make alkaline with substances, chemistry, even food

Energy needs to be regulated.

If you took away all of the diagnosis, and all the testing for those diagnosis (that cost a lot of money), and all of the treatments for those “dis-eases” or ailments...

We would see that they’re just ‘common’ conditions of the human existence, in the state of mind that we’re in, based off of our level of love or fear.

Seeing symptoms as common gives us the illusion that they’re normal circumstances and that we’re supposed to just live in a suffering existence and that we're paralyzed in the fears of having no way of getting out of this cycle of seeing this ‘common phenomena’. 

Yet when we really see it from the perspective that diagnosis are just a way of describing imbalances, then we see that it’s something that is happening to us and that we’re doing it to ourselves, simply because we’re uneducated in the areas of health and what living actually means.  

We’re distracted by surviving and making money and ‘being something special’ that we ignore the simple things and keep going on with our distorted ways.  

If we see lifestyle as promoting balanced living (that will extinguish any and all ailments) then it makes sense that we can take a little bit if not all the responsibility and be way more accountable for our knowledge and acknowledgment, understanding and actions towards a healthy balanced life or one full of imbalances in an extremely wide ray of symptoms (mind body emotions and spirit - physiological, psychological)

If we take a look at all the different nutrients that we get from food...

By understanding that if we lack any of these, then we’ll see these symptoms manifest in our life.
It's lack of knowledge and easy systems that keep us from taking the proper charge in our life.

We leave the understanding of our bodies to those that went to school for it.  Does that sound right? Since 'they' don't seem to know the moral or right things to do or they just unconscious and doing their jobs or even worse if they are conscious and misleading purposely. Either way, if at least one of these is correct then we must take this matter in to our own hands and become experts in this area ourselves, for us and future generations.

Its vital to know your dr’s history of education on nutrition and less on education of medications that is funded by the medical community.

When we educate ourselves on simple mechanics of food (and how it leaves us feeling like shit if we don't) then we’ll find our own authentic ways of healing ourselves.

It's simple

If you don't ingest certain amnio acids, vitamins and minerals then your body shows you signs and most of the time they’re unpleasant.

If we just follow a simple chart that tells us what we need in our diet (and what we aren't getting because its clear that we have’t had that food or that nutrient) our body will manifest symptoms based off what we ingest and digest. We'll be able to see signs of healing.

There is a certain amount of imbalances that we can see manifest in our bodies and life. Only when we are able to recognized and acknowledge them we are able to make necessary adjustments to restore the balance. 

It's simple  

Proper diet leads to less suffering and mental clarity. 

"Ignorance is bliss" is no longer the reality.

Give up the dead flesh that's filled with toxins and hormones.

When you’re killing it yourself and owning the action.
When you own a farm or if you know the farm.
When its an organic farm or one that genuinely practices sustainability and harmony with nature.
When the animals are respected and loved and seen as family.  
When they’re seen as the energy form that they are, and for our gratitude and reverence for their sacrifice.
When they do not come from a supermarket or factory farm. 


The Paradox 

When we look at life as a bootcamp for the next life, then we see that the suffering on this planet is the test.

It's purpose is to find the solutions so that we can do the purpose filled things that we were born to do here. With Strength & Courage.

Self realization and knowing that this is just a test, and that the suffering is nothing more then necessary learning experiences for our evolution, opens our minds to the understanding that there is a larger picture and pushes us to see both sides of the process. 

If we were to never experience suffering then we’d never be truly grateful for the next experience of living with out it!

Foods to Eat to Keep the Endocrine System Health

Thyroid disease and inflammation can have a significant effect on the overall functioning of the endocrine system. Vitamin D helps control overall thyroid hormone production.
