Get the bootcamp out of your mind. We’re slightly reprogramming old patterns. This is a new light disciplinary structure that we’re beginning to follow. We are going at our own pace with out any obligation or pressure. We're going with the flow of the new wave.
Now it time for the Goddess Bootcamp! This life is training to see if you have what it takes and figure it out on your own. Physically, Emotionally, Mentally. Who are you spiritually? Suffering & Living In Shadows Whats bad? Whats good? We’re all individual aspects. Some are good pieces and some are bad pieces - the pieces that are healthy for the balance of all involved. Understand how environment effects your energy. Focus importance on clutter. Relaxing environment. Activating senses. Physical body. Nutrition Movement Raising frequency Week 1-2 Pretend you’re ill and you’re aloud to relax, as well as it being mandatory that you relax, focus on you and take the utmost care of yourself Relax Eat Exercise Read Be creative Get into nature Love yourself Do things that you enjoy If you have to work - make it about healthy and stressfree existing. When you're done with work, leave it there. Then hop back into relaxing and taking care of yourself. This is the best time to take days off, though, if your able to. |
